25-50mg 15 to 45 minutes prior to sexual intercourse. Effects will last for around 4hrs.

The course duration while taking Cialis (tadalafil) every day constitutes nearly a month. SIDE EFFECTS:

In case of Cialis overdose headaches and dyspeptic symptoms may develop. In addition, there were some reports about isolated cases of back pain, facial flushing, nasal obstruction, myalgia, pain in the eyes, conjunctival hyperemia, dizziness and angioedema while taking tadalafil.
